We want you to love your tattoo care as much as your ink, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that aren't a perfect fit for your skin. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Stories & Ink products in their original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
